“Think Like a High-Performance Assistant”
For over 7 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes with top executives across industries. From the glass sector to insurance, non-profits, and tech CEOs. My role? Managing complexity at the highest level. From coordinating management board meetings across multiple time zones to getting executives on last-minute international flights to handling onboarding and offboarding for entire teams. In addition, I have planned book festivals, Gospel events in different countries coupled with running a non-profit organization and a small variety store in Lagos from another continent. I am often asked, how do you do all these? It is possible because i mastered the balance between strategic prioritization and adapting to last-minute changes or stress without losing composure.
